Tasked to brand and strategise a multi-million-pound housing redevelopment. I reworked a 100yr old mantra lifted from the historic school buildings past, into some thoroughly modern campaign strategies for each phase of the development. This was outworked into advertising, brochures, flags & signage, literature, cabin design, floorplans and social.
