THE INTERACTIVE LAB / USE IT, DON'T JUST IMAGINE IT

Different businesses.
The same thoughtful approach.

Choose a workflow. Tap through it. Switch the preview size to see how the work fits a phone, tablet or larger screen.

Responsive size previews, not physical-device certification. iPad/iPhone are illustrative formats; Android and other tablets can also be scoped.

TRY A POSSIBLE PRODUCT / FICTIONAL RESTAURANT

One table.
Everyone in the loop.

This local browser concept shows an order moving from the floor to the kitchen and back. It does not connect devices, take payments or send notifications.

FIELD & FORK

Service workspace / fictional data

01 / FLOOR · TABLE 04

What can we get you?

An empty order cannot be sent. Each send creates a separate ticket for the chosen bill.

02 / KITCHEN

A clear queue.

MENU AVAILABILITYGarden saladAvailable to order

Kitchen controls availability. When sold out, staff cannot add this dish to new orders.

03 / FLOOR & MANAGER

The right next step.

SERVICE SNAPSHOT / SAMPLE ORDERS

Useful numbers, with context.

Order value is not paid revenue. A staff member’s sales total does not measure their performance fairly on its own.

Memories / example monthly recap ↗

September — illustrative report layout

Show order count, item popularity, cancellations and sales after refunds. Compare periods and export agreed reports.

There is no historical data in this concept. Real reporting requires accurate records and agreed definitions.

Scope the useful first version.

Start with one location, clear staff roles, table orders, kitchen status and sold-out items. Agree separate bills, taxes, refunds, allergen handling, printers and your current till integration before quoting.

QR menus can be a small standalone website. QR ordering, customer payments and a kitchen workflow are additional work, not automatically included.

Design for a busy shift.

Test lost connectivity, duplicate taps, permissions and the manual fallback. Sounds, push notifications and haptics depend on the agreed device and browser; we do not promise vibration on an iPad.

A future reusable restaurant product could be licensed with setup, support and export terms. Today this is a concept to test with restaurant teams.

SOFTWARE + THE RIGHT TOOLS

From a pocket.
To the whole operation.

We scope the software and the practical setup together. Hardware, licences, connectivity and installation are quoted separately, with compatibility tested first.

something entirely different.
